Bellard's House Leveling LLC Reviews

We called Bellard Foundation to inspect the foundation of a home we had committed to purchase. Since the home was over 50 years old , we wanted to be sure there were no issues with the foundation. He came out, examined the home and found that there were no issues. Having no experience with foundations we were amazed by his honesty. Additionally, he happened to mention that it seemed as though we may have plumbing issues and recommended an additional plumbing inspection. This inspection revealed an additional $25k needed in plumbing work, which prompted us to lower our offer on the home, saving us thousands!

Professional, honest and cost-effective.
